Douglasville, Ga. – DBCI announced Monday the appointment of Rich Saginaw as President. In this role, he will lead the company’s commercial and manufacturing operations, as well as manage the development and execution of strategic plans to drive company growth. In doing so, he will partner with business leaders and customers to drive go-to-market strategies for DBCI’s commercial and self-storage market segments. “I’m excited to take on this new role and continue working with the superior DBCI team. As a united organization, we will continue DBCI’s legacy of innovation and drive improvements to increase efficiencies and deliver exceptional customer experiences,” says Rich.
Rich joined NCI Building Systems in 2015 during the CENTRIA acquisition as the Executive Vice President of Operations for the CENTRIA Insulated Metal Panel (IMP) division and International manufacturing teams. In his most recent position as Vice President of Manufacturing, Rich led the Coil Coating and DBCI manufacturing operations. He has led the DBCI manufacturing team since late 2015 and has developed advanced manufacturing plans that will propel DBCI to new levels of manufacturing excellence.
“We are pleased to have Rich join DBCI’s commercial operation as his experience and understanding of the businesses will be extremely beneficial toward ongoing efforts to drive continuous improvement and exceptional customer experiences,” says Joel Viechnicki, President of NCI’s Components segment.
