DBCI President Larry Miller Retires After 27 Years of Service
It is with best wishes and much gratitude that we announce the retirement of DBCI President Larry Miller, effective Friday May 19, 2017.
Larry began his career with the NCI family as the plant manager of one of our Houston locations in 1990. Throughout his 27 years with the company, he has contributed to the success of our team while performing many positions across the manufacturing and commercial organizations, including plant manager in Atlanta, general manager and vice president of operations. A champion of innovation and tirelessly committed to solving customer challenges, Larry was appointed to the role of DBCI President in 2012 and has since lead his team to realize the strongest growth since the company was acquired by NCI.
In addition to the business success he’s achieved, many have been positively affected by Larry’s unwavering commitment to his employees and customers, as well as his engaging, one-of-a-kind personality. Throughout his tenure, he has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence, taken personal responsibility and delivered exceptional experiences to his customers.
Following Larry’s retirement, DBCI Vice President Jeff Lloyd will be the primary leadership contact for DBCI. Jeff and Larry have been working together over the past several months to ensure a seamless transition following Larry’s departure. And while someone as beloved as Larry can never be replaced, we are confident in Jeff’s ability to lead the DBCI team in continuing and improving upon the great work Larry has started.
Please join us in congratulating Larry and wishing him the best in his retirement.
